At ChatBot24.ai, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your ChatBot24.ai account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

Important Note: Deleting your account is a permanent action and will remove all your data, including your chatbot configurations, conversation history, CRM data, and other account-related information. This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your ChatBot24.ai Account:

We offer two convenient methods to request account and data deletion:

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

For the fastest and most direct method, you can initiate the account deletion process directly from within your ChatBot24.ai application.

  1. Log in to your ChatBot24.ai account.

  2. Navigate to your Settings or Profile section.

  3. Look for an option such as “Delete My Account.”

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request. You may be asked to “Delete Account? & you can see “Your account and all Associated data will be deleted” Just hit Delete.

Method 2: Web-Based Account Deletion Request

If you are unable to access your app or prefer to submit a request via our website, please send an email to our support team.

  1. Send an email to: [support@chatbot24.ai]

  2. Subject Line: Account Deletion Request – [Your ChatBot24.ai Account Email/Username]

  3. In the email body, please include:

    • Your full name as registered with ChatBot24.ai.

    • The email address associated with your ChatBot24.ai account.

    • A clear statement that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

    • (Optional but helpful): A brief reason for deletion (this helps us improve, but is not required for deletion).

What Happens After Your Request:

  • Upon receiving your deletion request (via in-app process or email), we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.

  • Once verified, your ChatBot24.ai account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within [e.g., 30-90 days].

  • Please be aware that due to backup procedures and legal obligations, some residual information may remain in our archived systems for a limited period, but it will be functionally deleted and inaccessible for normal operations.

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

Data Retention Policy:

While we aim to delete all personal data upon request, please note that we may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes such as:
